As you can see, not much interest in the marine-related terms - cephalopod is the class of molluscs that includes octopus, squid and cuttlefish, while hippocampus is the genus to which sea horses, leafy sea dragons and pipefish belong (yes, it's also the name of a specific region in the middle of the brain). Myer did say chrysalis a couple days ago - they are learning all about bugs in his class this week - but I didn't have the memory card in the camera. We'll keep trying.
