Push comes to shove

"I see airplane, Mommy."

Noun+verb+object. Myer's first actual sentence! He said this as we were driving to a party at a work friend's of Matt. She and her husband adopted a 6 year-old and 4 year-old, and it was made official on Friday. They had the event catered (it was yummy) and even had a jump house. 

I knew that talking was imminent Thursday when his teacher relayed the following conversation at school:

Angela: Myer, what's wrong?

Myer (crying): Hannah.

Angela: What did Hannah do?

Myer: Push.

Angela: She pushed you - where?

Myer: My body!

Then on Friday his take-home sheet reported he had been pushing a lot of his friends. Ah, well.
